Mondrian Hotel London

I would love to stay in this hotel. Even though I live in London I covet a number of hotels in the city.  I walked past a few weeks ago (as close as I’ll probably get) and thought it looked very slick. The Mondrian London has been created at the old Sea Containers House, a former drab office block building. The hotel is located between the Oxo Tower and Blackfriars bridge on the South Bank, and has 359 guestrooms and suites.

The hotel has been designed by interior designer Tom Dixon, whose other projects have included Shoreditch House and the restaurant and bar at the top of Centre Point.

Practically all the rooms offer Thames or city views

The Mondrian features a rooftop bar on the twelfth floor and a restaurant – Sea Containers – with private dining rooms

  1. These are some very interesting spaces – classic London design style and very much in keeping with the South Bank. Thanks for sharing!
